    To address the severe agricultural challenges in the Grand North region of Cameroon, which contribute to high poverty rates, we propose an integrated e-farm solution. This solution includes an advanced application and a comprehensive farm kit designed to improve soil-crop matching, enhance remote monitoring, and manage irrigation efficiently. The e-farm application will use AI to analyze soil data and recommend suitable crops, while real-time soil and moisture sensors will provide critical information on soil conditions and enable automated irrigation through a smart water pump. By integrating these technologies, farmers will benefit from optimized crop choices, precise water management, and timely alerts for better decision-making, ultimately boosting productivity, reducing crop loss, and alleviating poverty for the region’s over 500,000 farmers.

The subscription model ensures a steady revenue stream while the irrigation setup fees contribute to covering installation and maintenance costs. Together, these revenue sources support the sustainability and growth of the service, providing farmers with essential tools to enhance productivity and manage resources efficiently.
